How it works
STEP 01 | TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF + YOUR PROJECT
First, fill out this Client Questionnaire to get to know your style + budget. Within 24hrs of receiving your payment , I send you a Welcome Packet that has everything you need to get started, such as your Contract/Disclaimer, Project Timeline, + Homework Steps. I also provide instructions and samples for a quick measure and photographs of your room.
At this time, we will also schedule an in-depth consultation Zoom call with you to discuss your project + the virtual design package you purchased.
step 02 | the DESIGN MAGIC BEGINS
I custom design your space from top to bottom. Included deliverables:
Design board(s) with specific pieces for your new space, sourced from retail and online vendors only. (Note: To the Trade pieces can be sourced — just ask, and we’ll make arrangements for you at an Additional Services Fee of $100/hour.)
Inspiration Images
Floor plan(s) and any drawings needed (such as elevations) with detailed instructions for implementing your custom design
Concept board(s) to illustrate the desired look + feel
Shopping list to purchase applicable furniture/accessory pieces including the following:
All furniture + accessory selections (art, rugs, built elevations, etc.)
All hard + soft finishes where applicable (flooring, tile, window treatments, fireplace surrounds, paint colors, etc.)
All lighting + hardware
Virtual Design Binder with folders to organize your project from the design development, to furnishing information + other reference guides
Access to our Virtual Design Portal for easy communication + collaboration
Photorealistic 3D Rendering
One revision included. (Note: Further revisions or change to scope of work subject to an Additional Services Fee of $100/hour)
step 03 | IT’S ALL IN YOUR INBOX
Use your custom Interior e-Design package to purchase all of your items without ever leaving home. Your drawings and instructions will show you how to lay out your entire room. Now you can pull your new room together on your schedule! Have questions? I’m here to walk with you during the entire process from when the first item is ordered until the last detail is placed.
